Are you looking for a fun part-time job in a creative and energetic work environment? For a modern office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Catering Employee who will take care of daily lunches and keep the kitchen and dining area clean and welcoming. You’ll be working in an enthusiastic team where you’ll be given plenty of independence.

Functie omschrijving:

As a Catering Employee, you are responsible for preparing daily lunches and making sure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and dining area. You’ll work independently while staying in close contact with colleagues in the office.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and serving lunch (cutting, baking, and heating food)
• Setting up and cleaning up the lunch area
• Receiving and handling deliveries (groceries and stock)
• Managing and restocking supplies
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher

You will prepare lunch for approximately 30 colleagues daily, with occasional peaks of up to 60 people.

You will work Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (16 hours per week). There is also the possibility to work 20 hours per week, in which case Friday will be included.

Preferred start date is end of April.

Functie eisen:

• Fluency in English (required), Dutch is a plus
• Affinity with catering, hospitality, or food preparation (experience is a plus, not required)
• A friendly and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Based in (or near) Amsterdam

Bedrijfsprofiel:

You will be working at an international, creative organization based in Amsterdam. The team is enthusiastic, ambitious, and works on innovative projects within the digital and social media space. The work environment is informal, dynamic, and focused on collaboration.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• A gross hourly salary between €15.00 and €16.00
• A part-time position of 16 to 20 hours per week
• Fixed working days (Monday to Thursday, with Friday optional)
• A high level of independence in your role
